Cardio Latino

HIIT Cycling Training

A class combining Spinning bikes, muscle toning and floor exercises.

Kangoo Strong

Intervals of Strength straining and Short choreographed routines of dynamic Cardio segments using Tae-Bo movements, designed to burn calories maximally. Can be done with or without Kangoo Boots. Must bring your own boots.

Pound Fit

Full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising.

Spinning

F It's a cycling cardiovascular training with several variables timing. You will explore high intensity intervals and sprint training. Good for body fat and it increases your cardio. Fun music and lots of cheering.

Zumbaladi

Bootcamp Warriors

Bootcamp class with different workout stations. Every minute or so, you change station until two rounds are completed. Works your cardio, endurance and strength while using different Crossfit type equipment. This class is given in the UG Multi-Fit section ($)
