F It's a cycling cardiovascular training with several variables timing. You will explore high intensity intervals and sprint training. Good for body fat and it increases your cardio. Fun music and lots of cheering.

Ritmo Latino

Cardio dance class with the use of Latin and international music.

Zumbaladi

Fitness class with intervals of Latin music dancing and belly dancing. Class exclusively for women.

Zumba Toning

Full body workout class with the use of Barbell. Class exclusively for women

Bootcamp Warriors

Bootcamp class with different workout stations. Every minute or so, you change station until two rounds are completed. Works your cardio, endurance and strength while using different Crossfit type equipment. This class is given in the UG Multi-Fit section ($)

Asthanga Yoga
